The article discusses the principles of Beyond Budgeting proposed by J. Hope and R. Fraser and analyzes the main results of their application (reduction of receivables and payables, reduction in the number of inspections of control and oversight bodies and fines) in the management of condominiums of the Management Organization “Mayak”, LLC in the city of Novosibirsk for the period 2016-2018.
